Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of specific production processes, process optimisation, and equipment validation. This background gives you a strong 'shop floor' perspective on quality.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully implemented process improvements that reduced defects or waste.
- Strong analytical skills in optimising manufacturing parameters.
- Demonstrable experience with root cause analysis in a production context.
- A keen eye for process efficiency and potential failure points.

Supplier Quality Engineer
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Managing supplier quality, conducting supplier audits, and resolving incoming material non-conformances. This provides excellent external stakeholder management and problem-solving experience.

- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive quality improvements.
- Experience conducting supplier audits and issuing corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of material specifications and incoming inspection processes.
