If you're given 100 lines of 'Misc. Services' to classify, at least 95 of them should be correctly assigned to 'IT Consulting' or 'Legal Services', for instance.

Sourcing Project Support Cycle Time
The average time it takes you to complete your assigned tasks within a sourcing project (e.g., preparing RFx documents, gathering supplier info).

If a Category Manager asks for a supplier list by Friday, you'll aim to have it ready within three working days, or communicate any blockers well in advance.

Purchase Order (PO) Accuracy & Processing
The correctness of the POs you help create or modify, and how quickly they're processed.

Making sure the supplier name, quantity, and price on a PO exactly match the agreed contract terms, and getting it into the system within a day of receiving the request.
