- Successfully managed a medium-sized commercial property for 3+ years with strong performance metrics.
- Consistently delivered site-level budgets within target variances.
- Received positive feedback on vendor management and tenant satisfaction.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying and solving operational problems.

Project Manager (Construction/Fit-out)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Expertise in managing construction projects, tenant fit-outs, or refurbishment programmes from start to finish, including budget, schedule, and quality control. You're a pro at getting things built.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed multiple construction or fit-out projects, each valued over £100K.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations and health & safety on site.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (architects, engineers, tenants).

Building Services Engineer (Senior)
5-7 yearsSkills to master
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, energy management, and building automation. You understand the inner workings of a building and how to optimise its performance from an engineering perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- Extensive experience in designing, maintaining, or optimising complex building systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve intricate technical faults.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and sustainable building technologies.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an engineering team.
