- You're keen to take on more responsibility and understand the 'why' behind tasks.

Junior Buyer / Tactical Buyer
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Running basic RFQs, negotiating small contracts, managing a small portfolio of transactional suppliers, understanding market pricing.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully negotiated small savings or improved terms.
- You can manage a supplier from PO to payment with minimal supervision.
- You're starting to think beyond just price and consider other aspects of supplier value.

Supply Chain Administrator / Analyst
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Data analysis, inventory management, logistics coordination, understanding supply chain flows, reporting on performance metrics.
You're ready to move on when
- You're adept at pulling and interpreting data to spot trends.
