CAPA On-Time Closure Rate

The percentage of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) from audits that are closed out by suppliers within the agreed-upon timeframe, demonstrating effective risk remediation.

Target · Maintain an 85% on-time closure rate for all major and critical CAPAs.

ESG Rating Contribution
