- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions for emerging adoption challenges.
- Building strong working relationships with project teams and key business contacts.
- Taking initiative to learn new change management tools and methodologies.

Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Non-IT)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Developing strong project planning and execution skills, stakeholder management, and a foundational understanding of business processes. You'd need to shift your focus to the 'people side' of projects and gain specific change management expertise.
You're ready to move on when
- Successful delivery of several complex projects on time and budget.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- A clear interest and some experience in the 'human element' of project success.
- Completion of a formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

- Deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercial acumen. To move into change, you'd need to build out your change management methodology knowledge, communication planning, and stakeholder influence skills, focusing on the 'how' of adoption.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and pain points.
- Experience leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills developed through supplier or internal negotiations.
- Completion of a formal change management certification.
