5-7 years experience in a similar role at another company, managing complex operations.Skills to master
- A strong track record of managing specific transport operations, optimising routes, and handling carrier relationships. Demonstrable experience with TMS and data analysis.
You're ready to move on when
- You can articulate specific examples of how you've saved money or improved service in previous roles.
- You're comfortable taking the lead on complex tasks without constant supervision.
- You've worked with various carrier types and understand market dynamics.
- You're keen to share your expertise and learn our specific ways of working.

4-6 years experience with a strong emphasis on transport data and optimisation.Skills to master
- Deep analytical skills, particularly in transport cost modelling, network analysis, and performance reporting. Must also have practical operational experience.

- You've built complex transport cost models or optimisation tools.
- You understand the operational implications of your analytical recommendations.
