Quality Assurance Technician / QA Administrator
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on experience with quality documentation, non-conformance reporting, basic root cause analysis, and supporting internal audits. Understanding how quality processes link to system records.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong understanding of quality processes and their documentation.
- Experience with non-conformance and CAPA processes.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce quality procedures.
- Familiarity with a QMS from a user perspective.

Junior Data Analyst (with Quality Focus)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Strong data extraction and analysis skills, experience with reporting tools, and an understanding of data integrity. Applying analytical skills to quality-related datasets.

- Ability to create clear, insightful reports and dashboards.
