2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Developing a broad understanding of shop floor operations, supporting various administrative tasks, and assisting with production reporting. This path gives you a great feel for the factory.

- Effectively manages multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provides reliable support for production data collection and reporting.
- Has a good working relationship with shop floor supervisors and staff.
