- Basic process mapping, data gathering, introductory root cause analysis, supporting senior analysts on larger projects.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully mapped several 'As-Is' processes under supervision.
- You can confidently analyse a small dataset to find insights.
- You're actively asking 'why' things are done a certain way.
- You've contributed to drafting simple SOPs.

- Exposure to various operational functions, project management basics, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving.
You're ready to move on when
- You've completed rotations in different operational departments.
- You've led or significantly contributed to a process improvement project during your programme.
- Your final project or presentation focused on optimising a business process.
- You've received strong feedback on your analytical and communication skills.
