- Independent troubleshooting of routine faults, consistent PM execution, basic CMMS usage, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll need to show you can handle responsibility.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently achieving high First-Time Fix Rates on assigned assets.
- Proactively identifying and reporting potential issues during PMs.
- Informally guiding new joiners or less experienced technicians.
- Successfully completing more complex, non-routine repairs with minimal supervision.

Experienced Technician from a Similar Industry
Direct entry with 5-8 years relevant experienceSkills to master
- Deep expertise in a specific area (e.g., robotics, heavy machinery, process control), strong RCA skills, and proven ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment. You'll need to quickly adapt to our specific equipment.
You're ready to move on when
- A portfolio of complex troubleshooting successes.
- References that speak to your diagnostic capabilities and reliability.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and integrate into a new team.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in previous roles.
