Effectiveness of Mentoring & Skill Development
How well you guide and develop the junior technicians on your team, helping them to grow their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Your mentees show clear progression in their abilities, moving from L1 to L2 competency within a year. They're more confident in troubleshooting, ask smarter questions, and make fewer mistakes. You'll get feedback from them and the Supervisor about your coaching style and impact.
Proactive Identification of Reliability Improvements
