You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting individual performance targets (e.g., order processing accuracy, on-time shipment rate).
- Proactively identifying and resolving routine operational issues without supervision.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of our WMS and TMS systems.
- Taking initiative to learn new processes and help new team members.

- Adapting to our specific systems and processes, building relationships with our carrier base, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving within our context. You'll need to prove your capabilities in our environment.

- Successfully onboarding and quickly becoming proficient with our internal tools and workflows.
- Bringing fresh perspectives and ideas from previous roles that can improve our operations.
- Consistently delivering high-quality work and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Earning the trust and respect of your peers and manager.
