- Developing a deep technical understanding of automation platforms and methodologies, building a strong grasp of automation lifecycle management, and translating business processes into automation opportunities. You're bringing programme management rigour to a technical domain.

- Successfully managed large, complex operational change programmes with significant business impact.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in automation technologies and their application.
- A track record of driving process improvement initiatives, even if not explicitly automation-focused.

8-10 years in automation consultingSkills to master
- Transitioning from client-facing advisory to in-house operational leadership, building and nurturing an internal team, and navigating internal politics rather than external client relationships. You're moving from advising to owning.

- Experience leading automation strategy and implementation for multiple clients across various industries.
