- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of managers and senior individual contributors.
- Proactively identifying and championing new automation technologies and strategic opportunities beyond your immediate programme scope.

5-10 years in a leading consulting firm, specialising in digital operations or automationSkills to master
- Transitioning from advising multiple clients to owning and delivering a single, long-term strategic agenda within one organisation. This means building and leading an internal team, navigating internal politics, and being accountable for sustained results, not just project delivery.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale automation strategies for multiple clients.
- Strong client relationship management skills at the executive level.
- Experience with P&L responsibility for consulting engagements.
- A desire to move from an advisory role to an executive operational leadership position with direct accountability.
