- Consistently delivered high-quality content that met brand guidelines and engagement targets.
- Demonstrated a keen interest in sustainability, perhaps through personal projects or volunteer work.
- Proactively sought opportunities to learn about ethical marketing or environmental issues.

3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Internal and external communications, press release writing, stakeholder engagement, brand messaging, reputation management. Understanding how to tell a consistent story across different channels.
You're ready to move on when
- Developed and executed communication plans for specific projects or initiatives.
- Successfully managed media relations or public inquiries related to corporate responsibility.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages.
- Received positive feedback on your ability to influence and align different internal groups.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Data analysis, ESG reporting, environmental science fundamentals, understanding of regulatory frameworks, project management within sustainability. You'd be coming from the 'science' side, looking to move into 'storytelling'.

- Contributed to the development of ESG reports or data collection processes.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail in environmental data.
