8-12 years of experience, with 3-5 years as a dedicated Finance Business Partner.Skills to master
- Exceptional stakeholder management, the ability to challenge and influence senior operational leaders, strategic financial planning for specific business units, and a track record of driving commercial outcomes through financial insights.
You're ready to move on when
- You're embedded in a key business unit and seen as a strategic co-pilot.
- You've successfully driven £X in cost savings or revenue improvements for your business area.
- You're regularly presenting to C-suite minus one level.
- You've built and maintained complex financial models for strategic decision-making.

Financial Controller (with Management Reporting focus)
10-15 years of experience, including 3-5 years as a Financial Controller.Skills to master
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP), experience managing the full month-end close process, overseeing internal controls, and a solid understanding of both financial and management reporting. You'll also need experience managing a team.

- You've successfully managed a full month-end close process for a significant entity.
- You've overseen internal controls and ensured compliance.
