2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on experience with WMS, understanding of warehouse workflows (picking, packing, receiving), inventory management basics, health & safety compliance.
You're ready to move on when
- Proficient in using WMS for all core warehouse functions.
- Can identify and resolve minor inventory discrepancies.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of warehouse efficiency and safety protocols.
- Shows initiative in taking on additional administrative tasks related to shipments.

Junior Transport Planner

- Basic route planning, understanding of vehicle capacities, carrier selection for simple lanes, managing delivery schedules, dealing with driver queries.

- Can plan and execute simple transport routes efficiently.
