You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers error-free system configurations and reports.
- Proactively identifies and resolves common system issues without escalation.
- Is the 'go-to' person for a specific system process or area of expertise.
- Has started to informally mentor new joiners or less experienced colleagues.

IT Support Analyst (with L&D focus)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Developing a deep understanding of learning data standards (SCORM/xAPI), gaining hands-on experience with LMS/LXP configuration, and learning how to translate technical issues into business impact for L&D stakeholders.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a strong track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Shows a keen interest in learning technologies and their application in L&D.
- Has taken initiative to learn about learning content formats and delivery mechanisms.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

L&D Coordinator / Instructional Designer (with tech aptitude)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Transitioning from content creation/coordination to understanding the underlying systems. This means diving into LMS/LXP administration, data management, and troubleshooting technical issues related to content delivery and user access.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a strong interest in the technical side of learning delivery, not just content.
- Has taken on informal system admin tasks or troubleshooting in previous roles.
- Demonstrates a logical, systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Is keen to develop skills in SQL, data analysis, and system configuration.
