- You're consistently resolving Tier 1/2 tickets without escalation.
- You've successfully managed several course launches from start to finish.
- You're proactively identifying minor system improvements or process inefficiencies.
- Your colleagues often come to you for advice on routine system questions.

IT Support / HR Systems Administrator
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Translating your general system administration and support skills to learning technologies, understanding L&D-specific data requirements, and learning our particular tech stack (LMS, DAP).
You're ready to move on when
- You have a strong background in enterprise system administration and troubleshooting.
- You've worked with HRIS systems and understand data integration challenges.
- You're keen to specialise in learning technologies and understand their unique challenges.
- You've demonstrated an ability to quickly pick up new software platforms.

L&D Coordinator / Specialist (with a tech focus)
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Deepening your technical understanding of learning platforms, moving beyond content management to system configuration, data analytics, and automation.
You're ready to move on when
- You've managed content on an LMS and have a good grasp of its capabilities.
- You're the 'go-to' person for basic technical questions within your L&D team.
- You're frustrated by manual processes and actively seek technical solutions to streamline work.
- You've taken initiative to learn about system integrations and data flows.
