Legal Assistant / Administrator (Law Firm or In-house)
1-2 years in a support roleSkills to master
- Office administration, scheduling, client interaction (internal/external), basic legal document preparation, time management.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a track record of maintaining tidy and accessible records.
- Can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Legal Apprenticeship
Completion of a Level 3 or 4 Legal ApprenticeshipSkills to master
- Practical legal skills, understanding of legal processes, professional conduct, specific legal software proficiency.
You're ready to move on when
- Has successfully completed all modules and practical assessments of a recognised legal apprenticeship.
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of the practical application of legal knowledge in a workplace setting.
- Is comfortable using common legal tech tools and following established legal procedures.
