3-5 years PQE in a corporate, commercial, or general practice team at a law firm.Skills to master
- Adapting legal advice to a commercial in-house context, understanding business risk appetite, managing multiple internal stakeholders, and becoming proficient with in-house legal tech.
You're ready to move on when
- Eager to transition from client-facing external advice to internal business partnership.
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and desire to understand business drivers.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex legal concepts.
