- Consistently delivered on strategic objectives for their functional area.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and development of a team of 5+ individuals.
- Proactively identified and solved complex, ambiguous problems without senior intervention.

From Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)
5-7 years as a Senior HRBPSkills to master
- Gain deeper specialisation in coaching methodologies, programme design, and evaluation. Develop a more strategic, enterprise-wide view of talent development.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully partnered with senior business leaders on talent strategy and organisational design.
- Demonstrated a strong understanding of leadership challenges and development needs across different business units.
- Led significant talent-related projects (e.g., succession planning, performance calibration).
- Shown a passion for and understanding of individual and team development.

5-10 years as an independent coach or consultantSkills to master
- Develop strong internal stakeholder management skills, learn to navigate corporate politics, and gain experience managing internal teams and budgets within a single organisation.

- Successfully managed client relationships and delivered impactful coaching engagements.
- Demonstrated the ability to translate individual development into organisational impact.
