- Demonstrated ability to manage a small team and meet production targets.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and associated risks.
- Proactive in addressing safety concerns within their team.
- Effective communication and coaching skills for frontline staff.

Maintenance Technician (with H&S certification)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep technical knowledge of machinery, fault finding, LOTO procedures, and permit to work systems from a practical perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- Expertise in maintaining and repairing operational equipment safely.
- Thorough understanding and strict adherence to LOTO and PTW procedures.
- Ability to identify and mitigate mechanical or electrical hazards.
- Experience training junior technicians on safe work practices.
