- Strong understanding of talent market dynamics within a specific business unit.
- Experience collaborating closely with recruitment teams on strategic hires.

6-9 years of prior experienceSkills to master
- End-to-end programme design and delivery, budget management, cross-functional project leadership, and experience managing external partnerships (e.g., universities, diversity organisations).

- Successfully launched and managed a talent-focused programme from scratch.
- Proven ability to manage programme budgets and deliver against targets.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple internal and external groups.
- Experience leading a small team or project group to achieve programme objectives.
