- Mastering end-to-end core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrolment), resolving Tier 1 employee queries independently, and maintaining impeccable data accuracy. You'll need to show you can own a process, not just follow instructions.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering accurate work with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifying and suggesting solutions for minor process issues.
- Becoming the informal go-to person for new joiners on routine tasks.
- Successfully managing your workload and meeting deadlines for all core responsibilities.

HR Generalist (Mid-Level)
3-5 years as a GeneralistSkills to master
- Developing a broad understanding of various HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits) and demonstrating strong operational execution across these areas. You'll need to show you can handle the administrative backbone of HR effectively.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing a diverse portfolio of HR administrative tasks.
