- Proactive in identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Demonstrated understanding of the full Procure-to-Pay cycle.
- Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams regarding payment status.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding the sourcing process, managing purchase orders, basic contract administration, and communicating with suppliers. You'd be familiar with the 'front end' of vendor engagement.
You're ready to move on when
- Efficiently manages a high volume of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Shows initiative in following up with suppliers on delivery or service issues.
- Can accurately interpret basic contract terms and conditions.
- Proactively suggests improvements to procurement processes.
