- Strong analytical skills, experience with financial modelling, understanding of business drivers, and exposure to both financial and management accounting principles.

- Has built and maintained financial models used for decision-making.
- Can articulate the 'why' behind financial variances, not just the 'what'.
- Demonstrates a good grasp of both the accounting and commercial aspects of a business.

Junior Auditor (External Audit Firm)

- Deep understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, financial statement assertions, and exposure to various accounting standards across different clients.

- Has led audit sections and managed junior audit staff.
- Can identify and assess control weaknesses and propose improvements.
- Is proficient in reviewing and challenging client accounting treatments.
- Has strong documentation and communication skills honed by audit work.
