- High-volume transaction processing, invoice coding, cash application, basic reconciliations, understanding of vendor/customer ledgers.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate processing of 500+ invoices/month or 200+ cash receipts/month.
- Ability to resolve basic vendor/customer queries independently.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AP/AR impacts the general ledger.

Junior Accountant (L1)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Assisting with month-end close, preparing basic journal entries, performing simple balance sheet reconciliations, data entry into ERP systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Successful completion of 80% of assigned reconciliations on time with minimal review notes.
- Ability to prepare and post recurring journal entries accurately.
- Proactive identification of minor discrepancies and proposed solutions.

Finance Assistant (L1)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Broader exposure to finance operations, including some budgeting support, expense analysis, and general ledger assistance. Strong Excel skills are a must.

- Proven ability to support multiple finance functions effectively.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills using Excel for various tasks.
- Clear communication of financial information to non-finance colleagues.
