Retrieving quotes, tracking active shipments, and downloading proof of delivery (POD) documents. You'll be in these portals a lot, chasing updates.

Microsoft Excel Intermediate

Using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting to create shipment tracking sheets and basic cost reports. You'll use this for your daily logs and simple analysis.
