- Advanced organisational skills, budget tracking, scheduling, managing multiple stakeholders, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.
- Experience with basic financial tracking and invoice processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A clear interest in transitioning into a dedicated events role.

Marketing Assistant / Coordinator

- Understanding of marketing campaigns, lead generation, content management, basic analytics, and working with creative teams.

- Familiarity with marketing objectives and how events contribute to them.
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives, including some event-related tasks.
- Good understanding of brand guidelines and messaging.
- Strong desire to specialise in the experiential side of marketing.
