Customer Service Representative (Call Centre)
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Handling difficult customer interactions, complaint resolution, following scripts, data entry, resilience under pressure. You'll be used to being on the phone all day.
You're ready to move on when
- High customer satisfaction scores or positive feedback.
- Ability to de-escalate angry callers effectively.
- Consistent adherence to call scripts and company policies.

Recent Graduate (Law, Business, Finance)
0-1 year (direct entry)Skills to master
- Academic research, analytical thinking, understanding of legal principles (if law degree), strong written communication. You'll bring the theory, we'll teach you the practice.

- Strong academic record, particularly in relevant modules.
- Demonstrated interest in commercial law or dispute resolution.
- Participation in mooting, pro bono work, or relevant societies.
