- Deep product troubleshooting, advanced de-escalation, managing customer expectations, understanding common pain points, efficient ticket resolution, basic data analysis from support tickets.

- Consistently achieving high CSAT scores in a support role.
- Successfully handling complex or escalated support issues.
- Demonstrating an ability to identify underlying customer frustrations, not just solve the immediate problem.
