- You're regularly sought out for your technical expertise on tricky quality problems.
- You've successfully led several cross-functional quality improvement projects.
- You've demonstrated an ability to influence without direct authority.
- You're proactively identifying systemic issues and proposing solutions, not just reacting to problems.

Project Lead / Manager in R&D Quality or Operations Quality
4-6 years in a project leadership role.Skills to master
- Managing quality aspects of new product development (design control), leading quality-focused operational excellence projects, managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating diverse teams.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully brought new products through the quality gate or significantly improved operational quality metrics.
- You're comfortable managing project risks and making trade-off decisions.
- You've built strong relationships with R&D or Operations leadership.
- You're seen as someone who can drive quality outcomes within a project context.

Consultant in Quality & Compliance
5-8 years in a consulting role focused on QMS implementation or regulatory compliance.Skills to master
- Designing and implementing quality management systems for various clients, deep knowledge of multiple regulatory frameworks, client management and presentation skills, project scoping and delivery.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully delivered multiple QMS implementation or compliance projects for diverse clients.
- You're adept at quickly understanding new business contexts and applying quality principles.
- You can confidently advise senior client stakeholders on complex quality challenges.
- You're used to working autonomously and managing project deliverables.
