- You'd have mastered managing the training calendar, running compliance reports independently, and being the first point of contact for routine LMS issues. You'd also have a solid grasp of basic H&S regulations.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently high accuracy in training record management and reporting.
- Proactive identification and resolution of routine training logistical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Positive feedback from managers and trainees on your organisational skills and responsiveness.

Learning & Development Coordinator (from another industry)
3-5 years in role (with H&S focus)Skills to master
- You'd bring strong general L&D administration, LMS management, and logistical coordination skills. The main learning curve would be picking up the specific H&S regulations and compliance requirements, which you'd need to have started doing.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing complex training logistics and systems in a previous role.
- Demonstrated quick learning ability for new regulatory frameworks.
- Successfully completed relevant H&S certifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

3-4 years in roleSkills to master
- You'd have a strong foundation in general EHS administration, including incident reporting, risk assessment support, and potentially some basic training coordination. You'd need to deepen your expertise in LMS management, data analysis for training, and process improvement.

- Solid understanding of EHS principles and regulatory requirements.
