You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 2-3 major, multi-region training programmes from concept to completion.
- Consistently received positive feedback on mentorship and peer coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse training effectiveness beyond completion rates (e.g., Level 3 evaluations).
- Proactively identified and implemented process improvements for training delivery.

H&S Manager (Regional/Site-based)
4-6 years in a regional H&S management roleSkills to master
- Overall H&S programme management, stakeholder engagement with operational leaders, incident investigation, and budget management at a local level. You'll need to show a strong grasp of practical H&S challenges.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed H&S for a significant operational site or region, achieving compliance and safety targets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering localised H&S training.
- Strong track record of influencing operational leadership on safety matters.

Learning & Development Manager (Non-H&S focused)
5-7 years in a general L&D management roleSkills to master
- Team leadership, instructional design, learning technology management (LMS), and budget ownership. You'll need to quickly get up to speed on H&S regulations and compliance specifics.

- Managed a team of L&D professionals, with strong performance outcomes.
- Successfully managed an L&D budget and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning technology strategy and implementation.
