- Deep expertise in a specific QMS module (e.g., document control, training management), configuring and optimising QMS software, driving system integration projects.

- Becoming the recognised 'expert' for a critical QMS system or module.
- Successfully leading projects to improve QMS software functionality or user experience.
- Taking initiative to train others on system best practices.
- Proposing and implementing significant system enhancements that improve efficiency or compliance.

Consultant (Quality & Compliance)
Bringing 8+ years of external consulting experience directly to LeadSkills to master
- Exposure to diverse QMS implementations across industries, strong client management and influencing skills, ability to quickly diagnose and solve systemic issues.
You're ready to move on when
- A portfolio of successful QMS implementation or improvement projects.
- Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements.
- Strong understanding of various regulatory landscapes and best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new organisational cultures and challenges.
