If you process 50 incident reports in a month, we'd expect no more than one or two minor errors. Missing a date, an injured body part, or a key witness contact counts as an error.

Training Completion Tracking
The percentage of assigned safety training modules or sessions that you've accurately tracked to completion within the required timeframe.
