- Practical understanding of operational hazards, experience with site-specific safety procedures, ability to communicate with colleagues on the floor, and a commitment to safe working practices.
You're ready to move on when
- You've consistently acted as a safety champion in your current role.
- You've identified and reported hazards proactively.
- You have a deep, practical understanding of how our operations work and where the risks are.

Recent Graduate (Health & Safety / Environmental Science)
0-1 year (direct entry)Skills to master
- Academic understanding of HSE principles, research and analytical skills, eagerness to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, and a strong foundational knowledge from your degree.
