2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, experience with an LMS, and a good understanding of general training logistics. You'd need to pick up the H&S specific regulations and terminology.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing training schedules and participant enrolments.
- Comfortable with LMS administration and troubleshooting common user issues.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

3-4 yearsSkills to master
