- Demonstrates a solid grasp of core H&S regulations and how they apply to training.
- Successfully manages routine training logistics and record-keeping without supervision.

Site Safety Lead / Advisor
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Conducting risk assessments, incident investigation, understanding operational hazards, influencing site teams, and delivering informal 'toolbox talks'.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate workplace hazards effectively.
- Strong track record of influencing safe behaviours on the shop floor.
- Demonstrates a passion for educating others and translating complex safety rules into practical advice.

Instructional Designer (from another domain)
2-4 years (with H&S certification)Skills to master
- Applying instructional design principles to technical/compliance content, learning H&S regulations, understanding safety culture, and stakeholder management in a regulated environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong portfolio of diverse instructional design projects (e.g., software, finance, etc.).
- Has obtained a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification.
- Demonstrates an ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter and translate it into learning objectives.
- Shows a genuine interest and aptitude for health and safety, beyond just the 'learning' aspect.
