- Employee data management, basic L&D programme coordination, HRIS reporting, and understanding of HR policies that impact training.

- You've been heavily involved in onboarding and training logistics for new hires.
- You're comfortable running reports from an HRIS and spotting data discrepancies.
- You've demonstrated a keen interest in the 'safety' aspect of HR.
- You've taken initiative to improve training-related processes in your HR role.
