- Consistently completes assigned tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies minor issues and brings them to supervisor's attention.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of the 'why' behind compliance tasks.

Junior H&S Officer / Quality Technician
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Conducting basic risk assessments, assisting with incident investigations, delivering toolbox talks, maintaining safety equipment logs, performing quality checks.
You're ready to move on when
- Can independently manage a small, defined H&S or Quality process.
- Has successfully conducted several minor incident investigations and identified root causes.
- Receives positive feedback from operational staff on communication and support.
- Shows a keen interest in improving processes and preventing recurrence.
