- Scaling operations for a larger, more complex organisation. Adapting to more formal governance, larger budgets, and more diverse stakeholder groups. Deepening expertise in BPO management and advanced analytics.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully scaled a customer operations function through a period of rapid growth.
- Managed all aspects of customer service (people, process, technology) for their previous company.
- Proven ability to build and execute a strategic roadmap for customer operations.
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing a Board or executive team.

- Developed deep expertise in a specific area of customer operations (e.g., WFM, BPO strategy).
