- Consistently accurate data entry and contract filing.
- Ability to independently manage the signature process for standard agreements.
- Proactive in flagging potential issues to a supervisor.
- Strong understanding of our internal contracting processes.

Paralegal (Commercial Law Focus)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Legal research, understanding of commercial law principles, drafting standard legal documents, attention to detail, working under pressure.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements under a lawyer's supervision.
- Solid grasp of legal terminology and its practical application.
- Ability to manage multiple legal support tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated interest in moving into an in-house commercial role.

Procurement Assistant / Officer
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding of the procurement lifecycle, supplier onboarding, basic negotiation, spend analysis (basic), commercial awareness.
You're ready to move on when
- Regularly involved in the contracting phase of procurement projects.
- Experience negotiating terms with suppliers (even if minor).
- Strong understanding of how contracts impact the wider procurement strategy.
- Expressed desire to specialise in the commercial/contractual aspects of procurement.
