- Consistently delivers accurate and timely work with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies minor issues and proposes solutions.
- Has a solid grasp of our internal policies and procedures.
- Has started to informally guide new team members on tasks.

Quality Assurance Coordinator
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding quality management principles (ISO 9001), conducting internal quality audits, and managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrates a systematic approach to quality problem-solving.
- Can clearly articulate quality standards and their application.
- Has experience preparing for and participating in external audits.
- Shows initiative in improving quality-related processes.

EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Coordinator
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Knowledge of H&S legislation (e.g., HSWA 1974), conducting risk assessments, managing incident reporting, and promoting a safety culture.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong understanding of H&S regulations relevant to our industry.
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate H&S requirements effectively to operational staff.
- Has contributed to the development of H&S procedures.
