- Mastering independent account management, consistently exceeding NRR targets for your portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving client issues, and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting or exceeding NRR targets for a mid-tier client portfolio.
- Successfully managing complex client issues without significant escalation to your manager.
- Proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and bringing them to Sales.
- Taking initiative on internal projects or mentoring new hires informally.
- Strong positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

Direct entry with 5-8 years of relevant experienceSkills to master
- Demonstrable experience managing strategic B2B accounts, leading QBRs, strong negotiation and de-escalation skills, and a proven track record of driving client value and retention.

- A portfolio of successful client relationships in previous roles, with strong references.
- Ability to articulate complex value propositions and strategic account plans.
- Experience with similar tech stack (CRM, CS platforms).
- Evidence of leadership or mentorship in previous roles.
