1-2 years (with a strong portfolio)Skills to master
- Understanding the nuances of business transformation context, applying change management methodologies to your design, and developing strong stakeholder engagement skills with project teams.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear learning objectives.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse and engaging e-learning and blended learning solutions.
- Successfully adapting your design approach to different organisational cultures and project constraints.
