- Leading end-to-end change for significant projects, managing complex stakeholder groups, designing and implementing comprehensive communication and training plans, mentoring junior team members.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led change for at least two major projects with measurable adoption outcomes.
- Consistently sought out for advice by project managers and junior change staff.
- Demonstrated ability to influence project sponsors and challenge project decisions constructively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively.

Programme Manager (with Change Focus)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Full lifecycle programme management, including budget control, risk management, vendor management, and benefits tracking, with a strong emphasis on the people side of change.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed programmes with budgets over £1M and complex interdependencies.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent understanding of both technical and business aspects of transformation.
- Recognised for strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a programme context.

HR Business Partner (with Transformation Experience)
5-7 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of organisational design, talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning, combined with experience in driving large-scale HR-related transformations.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led or significantly contributed to a major HR transformation (e.g., new HRIS, organisational restructuring).
- Strong relationships with business leaders and a reputation for strategic HR partnership.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee impacts during periods of change.
- Excellent coaching and people development skills.
