3-5 years as a Project ManagerSkills to master
- Understanding of change management methodologies, strong stakeholder engagement beyond project delivery, and a focus on people-centric outcomes rather than just scope/budget/time.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully delivered complex projects with high user adoption.
- Actively managed stakeholder expectations and resistance as part of project scope.
